Tip of the Week #1

This layout uses a couple of Studio J techniques.  First of all, I totally changed the kit colors (which were black, red, yellow and white!)  Then, to get the look in the top grouping on the right hand page, I used the same photo in all six boxes and enlarged each and moved it around in the box until it created a uniform image.  You have to play with the size a bit, but this is a great way to "enlarge" a photo and give it some additional visual interest.

San Diego August 2011

These three layouts all used the new Dreamin' Paper introduced in the Autumn / Winter 2011 catalog.  The photos are from our 28th anniversary trip to see Jeni in San Diego.

I used the title tool to create the title. To do this, just remember to delete the text in the original text box.

Did you know you can replace cardstock with patterned paper?

ComicCon 2011

I thought that these photos needed some extra zing so I had some fun adding My Stickease.

Convention 2011

I had to play with the patterns and colors to bring this layout to life.  The flowers in the squares are My Stickease!

Again, this layout came togther easily. I added text boxes under the two larger pictures to make them pop.

This was  fun design.  It was so nice not to have to cut those side photos to fit!

Disney 2011

Here's the first layout of the group.  I love how easily this came together.
I love taking pictures in Toontown.  On this layout, I used My Stickease and layered them under the buttons for a more custom look.

This simple layout with the Wings paperpack worked great with my World of Color pictures.
